High Speed Rotary Cutting Machine allows production to run with a higher yield and with very high accuracy (50~100 Mikron)
Other capabilities of rotary die cutting system are multi-layer lamination, flexo/screen printing, waste removal, heat lamination, flatbed die cutting, CCD vision camera, color and contrast mark sensor, labeling, sheeting, slitting and perforation. 
All processes are run simultaneously within the RDC software to ensure a contineous smooth production.

RDC Series - Rotary Die Cutting Machine (3)
Standard rotary die cutting system has the function to do flatbed and rotary die cutting, multi-layer lamination, flexo/screen printing, waste removal, heat lamination, flatbed die cutting, CCD vision camera inspection, color and contrast mark sensor inspection, labeling, sheeting, slitting and perforation. 
RDC Series machine specs are modified for each customer requirements. We will provide a full working process for each product and work on upcoming products from each customers as well
